Turnpoint wins Buyouts 2020 Middle-Market Deal of the Year

Trivest was honored by Buyouts Magazine with Middle-Market Deal of the Year for its exit of Turnpoint Services.

Turnpoint Services is a leading provider of residential plumbing, electric and HVAC installation, repair and maintenance services. Over a four-year period, Trivest grew Turnpoint through 18 add-on acquisitions—increasing the employee base from 160 to over 2,000—which resulted in a sale that returned the largest multiple of invested capital in Trivest history.
