MIAMI, FL — (January 3, 2007) The Partners of Trivest Partners, L.P. (“Trivest”), Earl Powell, Troy Templeton, Jamie Elias and Chip Vandenberg, are pleased to announce that Forest Wester has been promoted to Principal effective January 1, 2007.
Forest joined Trivest as an associate in 2005 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and joined Lehman Brothers’ Private Equity Group before attending graduate school. Forest also completed a summer internship with Microsoft’s Corporate Strategy Group while attending graduate school at Harvard.
Since joining Trivest, Forest has been actively involved in the acquisition and monitoring of the firm’s portfolio of investments, particularly with respect to business services and niche manufacturing companies. He currently serves as a director of Box-Board Products, Inc.
