Additionally, the transaction expands Dauenhauer’s plumbing servicing capabilities with a highly regarded player in the Louisville market and provides a larger platform to attract more plumbing & HVAC service technicians.
The Maeser purchase represents Dauenhauer’s second acquisition, and the Company intends to continue to pursue additional add-on opportunities to build servicing scale and expand geographies across the plumbing & HVAC fields.
