Johns Creek expands Take 5’s presence in the Atlanta and surrounding markets, which is a key strategic growth region for the Company. Take 5 continues to focus on strong brand recognition and site quality, and management will rebrand and convert Johns Creek to Take 5 over the coming months.
The Johns Creek purchase represents the Company’s first add-on acquisition since Trivest partnered with the Company in November 2011. The Company plans to continue to pursue additional add-on acquisitions to supplement the strong organic growth in the business.
