MIAMI, FL – (February 28, 2012) Trivest Partners (“Trivest”) today announced that its affiliate, Onepath Systems, LLC (“Onepath”), has acquired Confiance IP Solutions, Inc. (“Confiance”). Based in Greensboro,
North Carolina, Confiance is a Cisco Silver level systems integrator that specializes in advanced technology solutions such as Managed Services, Unified Communications, Contact Centers, Data Center, EMC Storage, Cisco Telepresence Video, Physical Security, Wireless, and Local/Metro/Wide Area Networking. The transaction will allow Onepath to expand its geographic footprint in the Southeast and enhance its portfolio of technology offerings and service capabilities. The acquisition of Confiance is the first add-on for Onepath, which Trivest acquired in November 2010. Confiance was funded with capital from Onepath’s senior lender and Trivest Fund IV, a $325 million private investment fund.
