MIAMI, FL – (July 2, 2015) Trivest Partners (“Trivest”) today announced that its affiliate, GetixHealth, LLC (“GetixHealth” or “the Company”) has acquired SVA Healthcare Services, LLC (or “SVAHC”), a full service provider of medical coding and physician billing services. SVAHC specializes in the revenue cycle from the point of care forward. The SVAHC acquisition provides GetixHealth with a new billing platform that is complementary to the Company’s existing back-end RCM services, adds new customer accounts and broadens GetixHealth’s geographic footprint throughout the Midwest.
The SVAHC transaction represents GetixHealth’s second add-on acquisition since Trivest partnered with the Company in February 2015. The Company plans to continue to pursue additional bolt-on acquisitions to supplement the strong organic growth in the business.
