Drive an S-Class Mercedes-Benz

We work with business intermediaries, brokers, accountants, lenders, attorneys, independent sponsors, among others, and we offer several unique rewards for introducing us to deals that close.

For introductions to qualifying deals that close to become new platform investments, Trivest will pay you an industry standard buy-side fee plus a 3-year lease on an S-Class Mercedes-Benz.†

Independent Sponsors

Since 2018, we’ve closed several platform investments and many add-ons in partnership with independent sponsors, and we’re actively seeking more of these relationships. Our approach is inspired by the core tenets of The Trivest Promise: to remove the pain points that founders and independent sponsors typically experience in a private equity transaction.
