INDIANAPOLIS — Brightstep Services Group, LLC (the “Company”) is pleased to announce its 2023 rebrand—including a new name, logo, and tagline.
The Company was initially formed in June of 2020 with the platform acquisition of Affinity Waste Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of door-to-door waste collection and bulk service with locations in Orlando, Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville. Add-on acquisitions of Pro Valet, Impact Trash, and Greenway completed in 2020 and 2021 have added three of the best regional service providers in the country to the portfolio, allowing the Company to build density in existing markets while broadening its geographic reach.
Following another year of integration and growth in 2022, the Company crafted the Brightstep™ brand. Brightstep now serves as the umbrella for the entire family of brands while each company remains the service provider that their customers know and trust. Each company within the Brightstep family benefits from the experience of the Brightstep leadership team in areas such as acquisition planning and integration, growth planning and strategic tactics, brand and technology unification, scalable resources and support, and back-office management.
Brightstep’s partners now provide door-to-door trash services to communities in more than 20 states, and the Company is consistently working to add additional brands and services, teaming with business leaders that share their core values of trust, integrity, growth, and efficiency.
