MIAMI, FL – (April 30, 2015) Trivest Partners, L.P. (“Trivest”) today announced that its affiliate, GetixHealth, LLC has acquired QUBE, LLC (“QUBE” or the “Company”). The Company is a founder-owned provider of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The transaction represents GetixHealth’s first add-on acquisition since partnering with Trivest in February 2015.
Headquartered in Fremont, California, The Company provides Revenue Cycle Consulting, Accounts Receivable Outsourcing, with a special focus on Workmen’s Compensation and Third Party Liability (TPL) billing and follow-up. These services complement and are an extension of the services currently provided by GetixHealth. The Company’s clients value their in-depth knowledge and ability to provide increased cash flow while providing exemplary customer service and meeting compliance standards.
The Company’s founder, Ramona Hernandez, has become an owner in GetixHealth and will report to Charles Bracken, Chief Executive Officer of GetixHealth.
